Rental Fees - payable by tenant:

Agency fees are payable by the tenant on signature of the Paristay contract:
- Vacation: for less than 3 weeks rental the agency fees are : 18% of the rent + one off administration charge of 50 euros
- Short term: from 3 weeks to 3 months the agency fees are : 14% of the rent + one off administration charge of 150 euros
- Long term: from 3 months to 8 months the agency fees are : 12% of the rent + one off administration charge of 200 euros
- Long term: from 9 months to 12 months the agency fees are : 12% of the rent + no administration charge

Lease Extension / Commission:
A reduced commission rate of 10 % on the total rent for any extended period is applied to all lease extensions is payable on signature of the extension.
Agreement for extension periods is required in writing by the owner and PARISTAY

Supplement:
A 50 euro supplement may be payable by the tenant to the owner on arrival for any check in and check out that is outside normal working hours :
- Any early arrival or departure before 9 am
- Any late arrival or departure after 6 pm
- A weekend or public holiday day arrival and departure

Cleaning:
- The furnished apartments rented are cleaned in advance by the owner for the arrival of tenants and they should be left in this exact state on departure.
- To ensure that this is done the following cleaning service fees offered by the owner are payable on arrival for weekly and short term rentals:
- 60 euros for a studio or 1 bedroom, 80 euros for 2 bedrooms
